我幾乎每兩個月就要食一次。佢嘅酸種麵包真係好好食😭 全部都係自己製造。然後近來發現,就連酥皮/牛角包都超好味🥲❤️
封面係Dough-sant,即係Doughnut🍩同Croissant🥐嘅混合體 (其實咪姐係Cronut囉!! 不過可能因為版權問題要改名 lol)。上面有蛋白霜,然後中間夾住檸檬餡,彷似一個檸檬塔咁!🍋 個火腿芝士牛角包又係出色。酥皮無敵脆口鬆軟!
I always go for the OMG (Mushroom Toast🍄) at @baked_hk. Only recently did I find out that their danish pastries/croissants are equally impressive😩❤️
The Dough-sant🍩🥐 (basically Cronut’s cousin) was almost like a Lemon Meringue Pie!🍋 The ham & cheese croissant was superb too. Flaky and crunchy goodness in every bite - ASMR video potential right here!
